Just sitting with kids on a Saturday morning. Libby has established a pattern with these kids: as soon as their room is clean on a Saturday, they can “have screen time” without an artificial time limit. (Week days they only get an hour after homework and chores are all done.)
So Daughter is playing Q-bert: Rebooted on the PlayStation, Big Son is watching other people play video games on YouTube Kids. My sweetheart has registered for a 5k fund-raiser and she has taken Small Son with her. They’re raising money for some kind of artsy, alternative high school that some of the kids at church go to. Meanwhile, I’m on my laptop trying to get nategrigg.com working; I guess we all have different ideas about what’s fun.
